At JW PEI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as final sale products and accessories, may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original JW PEI dust bag and box, ensuring all tags are still attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
